Return & Refund Policy
Introduction
Hello 3C Digital Enthusiasts! To your better after-sales experience, Talix will provide you with reasonable Return and Refund policy and one-year warranty service.
Please keep in mind the following policies to make our after-sales service progress more efficient and to get your satisfied item(s) sooner.
Returns
Return Requirements
- Customers have the right to request a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unopened and in a condition suitable for resale.
- Please contact us at support@talix-smart.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
- After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
Can't Return
- Products that have been opened, show signs of wear, have been washed, or are damaged due to misuse (e.g., charging the earbuds without drying them after heavy sweating, which may cause electrochemical corrosion on the charging pins) are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
- No proper returns requests.
- Offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. Note: The returns will be made at your own cost.
- Not made directly through Talix's online stores.
Canceling an Order
- You can cancel your order within one hour of placing it by yourself.
- If you are unable to cancel directly, please contact us at support@talix-smart.com
- Orders that have already entered the shipping phase cannot be canceled.
Refunds
- Most returns are processed within 5 working days after we receive your package.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt.
- After we process your refund, the refund will automatically be credited to your credit card or original payment method within 1-3 working days.
- If your refund is missing or late, please check your bank account and contact your bank first, as refunds may take some time to process. If you have done all of this, please contact us at support@talix-smart.com.
Special Note
- Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense. Freight collect is not acceptable. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
